Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

• The box is unopened
• All 5 filters are unused
• The original packaging is intact

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to start a return

Email roshfilter@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash on delivery refunds are issued by store credit or bank transfer.
